During midnight raids, the Oakland Police Department, assisted by the California Highway Patrol, arrested all members of the Oakland Police Commission. The felons were booked into the Alameda County Jail, in Santa Rita, where they await a hearing before a county judge.

Reddit provides the latest evidence of anti-police ignorance in Oakland. A while back, somebody posted something about the Oakland Police Officers Association (the union) opposing huge budget cuts to OPD. Here’s a sampling of some of the crap the woke left put up in response.

You may have heard in the local news from San Francisco that the skateboarders who used to do the Dolores Hill Bomb switched their venue this year to Twin Peaks. That’s after years of them zooming down Dolores Street where they frequently interfered with traffic, endangered pedestrians and hurt themselves in crashes. The Twin Peaks hill is considered safer and less intrusive to traffic and more acceptable to the S.F.P.D.

I speak only for myself here, as an Oakland citizen, taxpayer and voter. I address my words to Robert Warshaw.

The S.F. Chronicle’s claim this morning that no one knows why Floyd Mitchell quit—“Mitchell’s reasons unclear”—is total bullshit. But it’s only to be expected from the woke rag that has harassed every police chief Oakland has had for years.
